CH2Cl2 and CS2 are both non-polar because due to their symmetry, there is no unequal sharing of electrons.
Hey there! So @saleenas1 was quite right that the symmetry would cancel out the dipoles but she missed the part where CH2Cl2 is still POLAR. If you look at the picture below the left and right components of the dipole would just cancel out but the component pointing down wouldn't so there would still be a net dipole. I hope this makes sense!
So the answer would be CS2.
