So 65.00 gram of gasoline was added (515.0-450.0=65.00g) V=m/ρ=65.00/0.754=86.2 cm^3 and this volume of gasoline filled the container, so container can be fully filled with 86.2 cm^3 gasoline. So you also can fill the container with 86.2 cm^3 water which = 86.2 g water because the density of water is 1.00 g/cm^3.
