Hey there! So KOH is a strong base so we can assume that it dissociates completely. This means the concentration of OH in the solution is also just equal to the initial concentration of KOH. So now we just have to get the concentration of OH to get a pH of 12.5 which is shown below. enter image description here I hope this helps!
