for this problem .... I can't exactly remember off the top of my head but i think it is adding more . What i mean is this problem is like sediment layers ( I believe) if you have 25 mL of KOH then is said 30 KOH i think you would just plug in the numbers where KOH, HClO, and Hydronium ion is located to find the ionization constant . I hope this helps .
