Hi there! First step is we have to rank each substituent according to their atomic weight. Cl takes up rank 1, -NH2 takes up 2. Since one of the phenyl group has a Chloro substituent, we will consider that as 3 so the plain phenyl will take up 4. Now we have to flip the molecule where the lowest rank is in dashed so we can easily find the direction of the configuration.
