Hey there!

You just need to compute for the Molarity of the solution.

Molarity = (mass/molarmass)/(volume) = (7.9 g/39.997 g/mol)/(0.1 L) = 0.01975 M

NaOH will just dissociate completely so [OH-] =0.01975 M

pOH = -log[OH-] = -log[.01975 M] = 1.70

pH = 14-pOH = 12.30

I hope this helps!
