Official course description: Prerequisite: 1114 and 1121 with a grade of C or better, or 1124 with a grade of C or better; a course in chemistry or physics. May not be applied for zoology major credit. Open only to majors in nursing, physical therapy, health and exercise science, and selected fields. Function of vertebrate organ systems in homeostasis. Circulation, digestion, endocrine and nervous control, metabolism, muscle action and respiration, with emphasis on humans.
