Hey everyone. So, for this question we are asked to draw the structural formula for cyclo butanol. So, just remember that butanol means we're dealing with an alcohol and cyclobuta means is going to be a four membered ring. So, essentially what this is going to be is we have a four membered ring, okay? And then coming off of that we have an alcohol group, OH, okay? So that's all that's to this problem, we know that the ol part is indicative of an alcohol groups, so let's do an OH and then cyclo told us we have a ring, okay? For the structural formula we want to show the atoms and here we actually show the atoms of our OH group, so we're good, so I hope this makes sense that cyclo butanol looks exactly like this with a four membered ring and alcohol substituent.
