Official course description: The first of a three-term introductory series. Using a strong gross anatomy focus, course topics address fundamental concepts of biology as they apply to human anatomy and physiology and then focus on understanding the structures, functions, and regulatory mechanisms involved in the human skeleton, muscular and integumentary systems.
