Things that are in parenthesis are done first and since we're addition and subtraction here it's least number of decimal places so here this has no decimal places so 0 decimal places, 0 decimal places, this has one decimal place when we first calculate this we're going to get 9478.1 but again we don't want decimal places because these two don't have decimal places so it just becomes 9478. Now this is going to multiply now with 8.1x10^6, OK? So here this has no decimal points so we're going to go from right to left it has 4 sig figs whereas 8.1 has 2 sig figs so my answer at the end can only have 2 sig figs, what I get initially is 7.67718x10^10 I want 2 digits 2 sig figs at the end to the right of that 6 is a 7 so I'm going to round this 6 up to 7 so my answer at the end is 7.7x10^10, remember following the order of operations and remembering what we do when we're multiplying or dividing versus adding or subtracting is key to getting the answer at the end.
