Geometry A has a central atom, 1 atom to the left of it and the other to the right. 1 lone pair is above the central atom, and another is below. Lone pairs are in the plane perpendicular to 3 first-mentioned atoms. Geometry B has a central atom and 2 atoms attached to it. There are also 3 lone pairs at the central atom, and they all are in the same plane as 2 first-mentioned atoms. Geometry C has a central atom with 2 atoms attached to it: one above and one below. Also, it has 3 atoms attached and a lone pair in the plane perpendicular to the plane of the 3 first-mentioned atoms.
